You can configure the client acceptance or payment screen with your branding:
All the modules allow you to send a link to a page where they can:
- View the quote, job, invoice, etc.
- Accept or confirm the quote or job
- Pay by credit card
If you have the Automated Office package you can customize it to use your branding and URL (web address).
To do this
- Go to the Cog
- Select Business Settings
- Click on Branding, Colours and Logo
- Upload your logo to the 'Company Logo for Screen'
- Change the theme color to match your brand
- Add your URL and
- Add you favicon
- Click on 'Save Settings'

Setting up your DNS
By default, the site address is:
If your company address is www.specialwidgets.com you could use:
Or whatever you prefer.
To set this up you need to add a DNS record. If you don't manage your DNS, request to whoever does that they create a CNAME entry for the URL you want to use (i.e. portal.specialwidget.com) that points to customer.quikflw.com.
Add the URL as detailed in the section above.
